fork top bush too small??

the top bushes I got sent by Brooks Barn are smaller in width than the ones I removed (see photo) is this something


anyone else has encountered,or is this the norm now? Any help appreciated before I call Brooks Barn in the morning.

I've had bearings from Brooks. They were the right size. I'd give them a call and clarify.
