I'm shite at picking a chain for my Bandit - HELP
« on: 01 November 2016, 09:39:13 pm »
Hiya fellas,

As per title, looking for advice on a decent chain & sprocket set for my '58 650 Bandit commuter. I've picked one from Wemoto (JT sprockets) with link below so any advice along the lines of............"you tw@.....buy this one ffs" would be much appreciated.

Cheers in advance  :thumbup

I'm all for D.I.D. kits, don't see why you can't get for a few quid cheaper though?

I also use Bikespeed as in the above link !
Good products, prices, and delivery. And very helpful if you order by phone.
I don't bother shopping around anywhere else now for sprockets and chains.

Mtread....Harry   :foc   :lol :lol  - if they made a non bum warming Fazer with abs and can crack 200 miles per tank then I'd be all over it...buuuuuut they don't so my Fazer is a scratcher/back up work bike to the Bandit & CBF. I'd love a gen 1 thou though...one day.

To the others for all their HELP I thank you and forever in awe at your restraint of ripping the piss:lol

Hey mine gets 200miles to a tank easily.... as long as I keep topping it up with fuel 😉
the 2010+ has ABS and as for a warm bum, them heated grips are meant to go on the bars not the seat 🤔😆
