Rear tail light change

Silly question but how do I access the rear bulbs to change them?

I can see the little access hatch at the rear but I cant see how to remove it.

What bulbs do I need?

take off the seat, remove rubber bungs, the caps should be quarter turn, then the bulbs are normal double filament 12v bulbs from what I can remember..........................
