Do you get the same tacho error message if the exup is stuck open as you would if it was stuck closed ?  :rolleyes

Yes.  The code tells you that the servo can't turn and has shut down to avoid damaging itself.  The cause can be incorrect cable adjustment, a stuck valve or sticking cables.  The outcome is the same.
