I thought it was going to be a case of 'The bedfordshire PCC Olly Martins,  proving what a gormless twat most people think he is', but then read its been thwarted but the government.

Just read he was on Radio 4 today, it was all a publicity stunt on his behalf to put a rocket up the government for keeping his budget the same whilst other forces have increases, he was grilled by John Humphries this morning about it and came across as all a bit tongue in cheek, designed to get a reaction from the press, which indeed it did do.

What a wanker.

Yeh I heard that on the radio this morning ------------- sounded like blackmail to me, I thought there was a law against that.
1mph over the limit is stupid
I was driving along the m42 the other day - it was foggy and dark and busy and the overheads went from 40 to 60 to 40 to 50 - each one was different almost like they are trying to catch you out ended up missing the m6 junction cause I was too busy checking the speedo
