Now that light nights and spring are only a sniff away... was wondering if there is any Foccors near by to meet up with and go for blasts out on eves & wkends?

I'll go for a few rides when it warms up abit, wanna start using my bike for more than just commuting and would be nice to put some faces to helmets.

I'm Huddersfield based but do most of my riding in Lincolnshire or North Yorkshire with Summer blasts up to Northumberland and Cumbria. Some good riding round Huddersfield/Peaks as well.

Think we might have to have a Yorkshire ride out arranged later in the year when it gets warmer (Bloody freezing yesterday!) or a meet up somewhere. Be good to meet up with other Fazer owners and chat about the bikes and such. What do folks think on that idea?

I tend to zip over the Devils Bridge every Sunday during March - October (but I tend to leave at the crack of dawn, be there an back before the plod and the idiots start to come out - expecting myself and my fellow early morning idiots of course)

The A65 is crap IMO. Too much traffic unless its VERY early. The Dales only gets good once you get past Settle and head up to Hawes.

Fridaythorpe Cafe or Willingham Woods offer quieter roads. This weekend will be relatively mild (8 deg on Saturday). I'll probably be heading out to Brid then return to Fridaythorpe Cafe for about 11.30 am Sat or Sun.

Now then Charlie, shame i missed your post, i was out and about last friday... about the only day it wasnt raining.
Braved the cold last night after work too with a quick blast up to the sun inn.... there was no one else crazy enought to be out though and i quickly set off back home, just fitted the R6 rear shock though so was itching to try it out.
Hopefully be out next sunday if the rain holds off.
