Where did you fit that then

Bit of jiggery pokery and it fitted under the left fairing infill panel.
Got a feeling there may be photos on here somewhere?

Here is abit of it http://foc-u.co.uk/index.php/topic,5660.msg49725.html#msg49725

I've got a 'Wolo double disc' horn now. No need for extra relays or compressors. Just plugs into existing wiring. It's not a stebel but it's at least twice as loud as the standard. And two-tone to boot. Plus only €25. (Bought over here in Germany from Louis.de but they deliver to UK)

any link yet?

The dimensions on that Amber Valley one are bigger than a Stebel Nautilus.
There wasn't much room when I fitted my Stebel under the left panel so measure up first if you're considering it.

This is mine http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_nkw=stebel+magnum&_frs=1
but you dont seem to get it here anymore, I got mine from halfords a few years ago, dont think as loud as the nautilus but is smaller so I at least managed to fit it roughley in the same position as the OEM with an extra bracket and point it forward for max loud rather than the nautilus which on fzs600 has to be pointed down and so looses some db although still pointing down I would of thought is louder than mine.

(edit ------ just saw that they are supposed to be the same 139db ??? -- how come )
I have been thinking of swapping for the nautilus though, but whats all this about relays and does it need one and what is one, I think thats why I went for the magnum as it was almost a straight swap

forgive my ignorance men, but does an air horn have to work off air like air tools do?
I was looking at the stebel nautilus truck horn, similar money but I think it has a deeper tone. I'm after something like a proper wagon bull horn that scares the shit outta people :lol

You'll probably prefer this one then.

This is the same air horn as the nautilus and cheaper Halford version but with a simple circuit board fitted in line-
At £100 it's an absolute joke!
Just buy the Halfords ones for £20 then £5 on the relay/ wiring!
Some say...

I fitted the Halfords version (copy of the Magnum) direct to the existing bracket and wiring.

A relay is good but not needed unless you plan to lean on the horn for more than a few seconds. A short blast is all that's needed in reality unless you like to use them aggressively.

I'd use a relay for a compressor version like the nautilus though.

Some pics for when I fitted the Nautilus on my fazer, including the bracket I had to fashion:-
http://www.beginnerbiker.com/2014/09/honk-honk-stebel-nautilus-air-horn-installation-review/

I think they've recently re-released the Nautilus as the 'Nautilus Compact' now. Got mine from a good Dutch ebay seller, supplied with all the wires, crimps and relay required. Was expecting somewhat louder TBH, but it's definitely better than stock horn. I've also seen others break the horn into two halves connected by an air pipe to aid installation.
