Well they got to me,,Nick and Red,,


Brekkie at the Oasis,Abergavenny then up over Brecon Beacons all the way up to Newtown,biking mecca :)


I am sure Red will be jumping in his sleep tonight,left,right,brake,brake,turn,lean,left arhhhh :lol


I did a 200 miles loop,then lads did alot more to get here and back.

I did take a ride to mid wales today....in the back of my spee......errr.......horse van.......new job........surprised you never seen me :b




Got a bit too hot after a while so i had to blow my cover and chill out for a bit during my lunch hour. :D

I went that way all the way. Stopped off in Ross to listen to the brass band playing in the park as well :)

I've also learned while traveling through London about not wearing neck tube in summer. A foccin wasp flew in to my jacket and planted a sting in my sternum :(
