Sunday with Nick

NickIf we come down the 361 from Burford,if you are about we will meet you at the cotswold wildlife center entrance.

Bill, just after you cross the A40 after Burford (roundabout), on the 361, there's a layby on your right. Meet you there.

I did and we beat the summer showers, turned out quite a nice day, a few sprinklers ,nowt to worry about , i did over 200 miles .


Down to Swindon,then Nick decided we would look up Avebury,Chippenham and back to Stroud,Gloucester and he nearly came back to Leominster.


Alot of traffic about but found some nice bits and pieces.


Now to sort the bike for touring,change screen,oh and fit FCE, tighten chain,and change oil,, one month till off,,,going to the Czeqrepublic.

A story to unfold


I just remembered todays suicide Muntjac deer, it made a dash across just infront of Nick,,a close one, not many hundreds of yards from Nicks house 


i have washed the bike and the wifes car, oh what a good boy i am

So far this year I have been hit in the knee by a pheasant, had a sheep run out on me, had a red kite drop a dead rabbit on me, and now this feckin deer - that's it, I'm gonna kill every living thing I see until it's safer around here

Pheasant incident = Oxfordshire.
Red Kite and dead rabbit incident = Oxfordshire.
Muntjac deer incident = Oxfordshire.
Sheep incident = Wales.

Explain?

Hang on a minute...i thought yous were supposed to be off on some shopping bimble with slims mate.....to Matalan......Nick's lucky he didn't get some sweaty fat bird hit him

In Swindon, she'd have been riding a bicycle.

Saw a nice pair of spray-on leggings in Chippenham though - imagination wasn't required   

Bill's mates blew out, cos it raaaaiiiiined

Mind you there was some sharp showers earlier, half an hour before i left home, omg, it pissed down, luky it stopped and i only had light rain thereon/


OK Nick, Wales may have less wildlife but you are always lurking there , think you have a nationality problem.


Noggy , we gotta get you over sometime, i am laying up now for a while, got other things on, then going abroad,so will be back on roads here end of August

Have to say you must be really bad Nick. I've had plenty of women run out on me but never any sheep
