two brothers juice box
« on: 02 November 2013, 03:43:46 pm »
A lot of people seem to have used these on the thou, has anyone tried one on the FZ6, I've just bought an S2 and I don't think a Power Commander III is available, has to be a PC V which is very expensive. Juice box is a lot cheaper but is it any good?

Got one on my FZ1, and it's just as good, if not in my eyes better than a PC. It can store up to 10 maps so you can switch maps on the go without tying yourself to a computer like you have to with a PC.

I'm pretty sure it'll be the same as the one for the FZ6. Good luck with it! :D

I'm not sure why you'd need 10 maps. I have two on my PC III (one for general riding and efficiency and one for fun) and can swap between them with a switch on the handlebars, so what benefits do you get from the others?

From the fz1oa I downloaded 7 maps onto mine which replicated the same mods as I have. The results were quite different! Some maps were better tuned for mid range, some for top end. It just gave me more scope to play when I was out and about.

It wasn't the main reason for buying one though. The JB pro is pretty much the same as a pc, but £100 cheaper! It's a no brainer in my eyes.
