Racing crash last week

I was watching the BSB etc on Eurosport last Sunday and there was a rider who crashed and hit his head against the barrier.

I'm trying to find out if he's ok, but the recording is deleted and I can't remember the riders name or which race he was in. Can anyone remember?

i remember the crash - guy slid right along the barrier and cracked his head on a bit sticking out.

It was Bergman in the superstocks he got away with a broken arm and concussion - saw a tweet forwarded from him a couple of days after the crash

It was at Magny Cours in the STK 1000 race. I was looking through my bins and quite relieved to see him sitting up after that one. Another bike crashed on the debris and his bike slid all the way up the back straight to the hairpin.

Thanks for putting my mind at rest, that one really upset me when I saw his head clip the barrier.

I know what you mean chilly - one of those when your stomach falls through the floor. Glad he was okay
