I need your help to find the person who threw a bag out of their car window, which then wraped itself round my son's visor, who was traveling behind on his motorbike, causing this. 3/10/13 silver Seat, spout lane T5 Heathrow.

Police say no cctv on that stretch. Please share. Lets see if this social network thing can do some good

Sorry to hear your sad news I hope your son makes a speedy recovery.

I m sure there most be cameras up to and passed the location, this could be viewed to get a view of the cars heading to and from the location, and if there are no other cars of that description there at the time  you have your culprit.

(sorry to say) I don't think that cameras up to and around will help as although they may see and ID the car, they would actually need to see the bag come out of the window I think.
It could also be an accident with windows open the air could of got in and got hold of a loose bag in the car.
But it does infuriate me when I see all manner of shit dropped out of car windows, and my biggest bug bear when on my bike, is fag stubbs being chucked out of the window

Just to clarify, it's not my son (I don't have kids), I don't even know the guy, but whoever chucked that bag out of the window and caused him to crash should have a visit from the local Constabulary.

Poor lad, get well soon mate.
I bet if the car had no road tax a camera would of caught the culprit?
