hi all
one of my work colleagues has had a bump in his car and was found to be over the limit by the plod.
needless to say this will come up in court.
is there any where i can find out what cases are coming up in the courts to see when his trial date is as he is being (understandably) quiet ?

I found www.thelawpages.com useful when I was tracking a case (as the victim I might add!).

Depending on circumstances these things can often have a long delay, then suddenly everything moves very fast.

Is it crown court or magistrates?
