A change of handle bars

Hey guys looking for some experience, I'm looking at getting some rental bars to fit my FZ1 and want to know what I need to change: ie brake lines or any cables, just want them a bit higher and further back toward me,
So what needs changing?

There is generally enough slack in the cables etc (might need to reroute them) to fit alternative bars.
You can also use some of these (they do cheaper less adjustable ones) to get the bars in exactly the right place.

I've had renthal 755s which are higher bars and all cables etc fit,I have 758s on now which are closer to standard but again everything fits fine.I find the 758 bars more comfortable than the higher 755s.
