How hard is it to change fork bushes? My fork seals only last a year or so, so I'm guessing the bushes are shot, any help really appreciated :-)

When you say they only last a year, what happens to them? It is simple surface cracking? Do they weep? Do they burst? Both of them or just one?

They just weep, the stantions look to have very fine score marks so I've thought maybe rechrome after summer, but to change the seals again without the bush's might be a waste of time, if summer doesn't arrive soon I might do it all together :-/
