Been umm-ing and arr-ing over black engine cases on a silver motor for a while. Hmmm, still not sure...

i think the rocker cover needs to be black to make it really work

I think you'd be better off (if you're sticking with black paintwork) to have an all black engine, and then maybe go shiny on the covers to give contrast. To me, it just looks a bit odd to have all black with silver paint block, sump & s/arm. Contrast is what makes a bike really stand out from the crowd - but then, looking at some of your projects on your website, you obviously don't need me to tell you that!
