My fancy/shiney torque arm.
« on: 15 February 2013, 10:14:55 am »
Hey peeps, a while back i got a really nice torque arm made up & i havent seen another one like it,so in true foccer fashion here's the details if you'd like one.lets try a couple o pics first though:-

The guys name is herb,he's a one man band so dont expect mega fast turnaround.

He can do the fazer infill writing in different colours.

If you tell him Fraser sent you he'll know what its all about, i did ask him and he's happy to do more.

His email is info@dustyherb.com

He doesnt have them on his website so he must not have marketed them very well, what better way than through here.

Cheers

I think it was about 30 quid but i can't remember exactly,it was a while back.

It is a clean example,i love it,only just done about 11k,nice original example.

It has got a couple of tell tale signs of being stored outside at some point such as small bit of rust where the seat meets the tank at the hinge, tiny fleck of paint chipped off on the frame near handlebars etc but im talking trivial rust on an such an old bike.a whole can of acf50 has made it positively gleaming now.

Looks good. I still prefer the Thunderace ones though, and if you are lucky you can get them cheap.

Hey darrsi i kid you not that chip really does my head in like...but i do often have the urge to straighten peoples pictures in their house whilst visiting too & stuff like internal fuel tank rust really gets to me. :eek

Maybe i could chip off a piece on the opposite side & make it match!

I'll post up a pic coz i can tell you're desperate to see it :lol
