Steel T pipe front of engine

Hi All, if anyone is having a problem with the steel T pipe on the front of the engine drop me a message. I know you can't get them anymore,as I spent ages trying to so I've had one made at work from ali

I dont recognise that part - where does it fit - looks like part of the coolant pipes ?

Yes front coolant pipe on right hand side of engine, mine rotted out around the weld between the 10mm joint. They are no longer available anywhere! My second MK1 is going the same way so will be making more if anyone is interested
