Thanks for the link, but they are for the top box. I have them. I need the pannier part that bolts onto the sides of the rack.

Nickodemon, I looked for a long time without success I ended biting the bullet and brought new ones at £110 , I hope  your  lucky  and  can drop on a set ,If I remember  correctly it's the givi Pl 349 your after

They do come up on ebay/gumtree now and then, but certainly not when I was after a set. I paid similar money to you.
