I had some Galfer discs and I thought they were quite noisy. Went back to OEM.

terrible, massive amounts of brake fade and in cold weather take far too long to warm up - had a couple of shit moments with them. Went back to stock discs and ebc pads.

There's been a few write ups both on this forum and the US site, of really high mileages on original discs being attributed to using genuine pads. Although they may seem expensive at the time, you do at least know exactly what you're going to get, both in mileage and performance.

They certainly don't have much initial bite but do improve when warmed up, never had any fade but didn't feel comfortable pressing on with them anyway. I've gone back to stock too.
