Ludicrously priced only paid a grand for the bike. :lol Wasted two seconds of my life making an offer anyway.

I am mainly interested in the rack(s) required for two pannoers and a top box.

Even considered going to a steel fabricator and getting a custom one made not sure how much this would cost though?

Why do you think that's a ludicrous price?
Don't think what you paid for your bike has any bearing on what price the stuff is. If you bought a brand new bike, at say £7k, these wouldn't be so ludicrous would they?
I think even at the price he's asking is an absolute bargain, but your right if you don't ask you don't get.

Couple bits of metal, plastic, and screws £400 bargain?

I bet I could get a custom rack made for less than that alternatively I could make an FZ6 rack fit it.

Ingenious bits of metal,  you can remove most of it so it doesn't show when you don't have the panniers on.
Bits of plastic are actually molded and doubt you could make them, but I'm sure you could get something fabricated but not at that price so your best option from what your saying is to make your FZ6 rack fit.
Good luck with that fella :-)

Do you know this guy Paul? As if he's dodgy I wouldn't want to put him in dealings with my mate.

Cheers Paul, I've advised my mate to avoid too.
Can't understand some people, really, why don't they just go back and crawl into the hole they came from instead of wasting people's time?
Cheers again mate for pointing this out to me, appreciated :thumbup

Ok Paul I think we've both taken this a bit too far now..........I don't like being rude to folk but the tone just got my goat last night......but we should have better standards.

perhaps the admins can wrap the thread for us as it wont be going much further without being full of popcorn.

Well I appreciate the heads up and the stories are funny, but as said above, we should just wrap the thread :)
