Gen 2 rattle

My gen2 has started rattling/vibration from the front cowling/tank guard its doing my head in onlt there at lower revs anyone else experienced this and have any answers to save me a bit of time ?

I had  something similiar, I replaced all the rubber wellnuts that the bolts fasten into and it disappeared, you can get wellnuts of ebay for a few quid.

are they around the screen the wellnuts? I have a coperdowg screen so maybe they are different.

Yes, wellnuts are used for the screen , they are also used on the petrol tank where the cowling bolts onto the tank.

The ones I got off ebay were M5 x 12mm long, they weren't as tight a fit in the holes as the originals but worked.
The original ones were totally focced, all were split badly and two broke into two pieces when I removed them.
