I think a group did one last year which looked a blast :)

I would love to go and do one but they typically require either a 1 piece leather suit, or 2 piece that zips together which I don't have and certainly can't afford at the moment :(

I would be up for that, depending on where it is.

Been to a few forum group trackdays. The only one where everyone turned up with the bike they was the first couple of Superduke crash fest at Cadwelll. We did one with Aprilia owners at Brands and most of them were riding assorted trackbikes of non Aprilia origin, same with the Ducati mob.

The Fazer is a big old girl for trackriding, I doubt I would chose it over the Superduke i also own TBH. I got the Fazer as I dont do so many trackdays now and wanted something a bit more comfortable for road riding.

I got the idea it wouldnt be a race,  just all fazers, never done one myself so wouldnt be interested in riding with a load of others with things to prove (not aiming this at you Stupid Luke)

it would be an opportunity to be able to ride as hard/fast as you dare without the fear of speed cameras/trees/hedgerows/oncoming traffic.
IME you can learn more about your bikes abilities in 20 mins on track than 10 years on the road.

I've taken my Fazer round the Nurburgring 6 times and counting. He does just fine. I'm not breaking any records, but it handles well. Past a few sportbikes in my time too. Only on the road mind.

It'd be good for you to get on the Kent fire bike ride skills days at brands Hatch!

There are places that rent them out for a day which is a lot cheaper.
