Some people do blatantly take the piss though, especially where there are obviously bins about that can be used, it's just the height of laziness.


The only one I can't figure out over here though, is that you can get a fine for dropping a cigarette butt on the floor, yet it's perfectly okay to launch as many highly explosive fireworks as you want in a direction away from your house with no fear of any prosecution whatsoever, even if you managed to burn a barn down with a Chinese lantern!!!

I've chucked rubbish back through a window of a car before when on my bike.  I think I said "You dropped this" and handed it back to them.
