Misfire
« on: 16 August 2014, 10:37:20 am »
Just been for my first ride on my Fazer, quick, comfortable but it has a misfire at low revs, I'm going to change the plugs, check the leads etc.....is there anything specific to the Fazer to look out for ?

Yes, some people suffer this and its generally the connection between the plug lead and plug cap.

Remove the cap trim back the plug lead by about 1cm and refit plug cap, also check that all your coil connections are clean and sound.

Easy peasy job.
