Have a 2002 fzs600 and when it's stone cold and I start it, there's a ticking noise coming from what sounds like the top end. Disappears once the bikes warm? Any ideas?

It's just a characteristic of Fazers. Well the older ones anyway. It's not the sign of a problem in my opinion. They all seem to have a bit of tickety cam chain noise
