Hi,
Read recently on here that hard suspension when riding at low speeds is characteristic of our Mk1 & 2's. So having read that - I'm now able to confirm that my bike also has this characteristic  :( .
Back & front suspension refresh/improvement is due on my bike in the near future so - does anyone know of any tried and tested upgrades/mods which would make low speed riding over uneven surfaces more comfortable and controllable?

Hi Steve

I have just set my suspension up and its a trial and error until you get it how you like it. But before going for a mod try setting yours up with a friend. Hear is what I followed and it is really simple

Vid gives basic idea to go with above instructions

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes

Yes.
My emulators in the front.
Either a 2001-2005 FZS1000 shock (with the 600's spring) or the latest model R6 shock on the back.
