Sometimes you wonder

There are some really nasty people in the world.  I had a bike do this to me a while ago (although not because I was lane hogging), it did really cross my mind at the time as to what would happen if I didn't stop in time.

It's amazing how people behave like idiots on the road when most wouldn't do it face to face, of course there's always the exception, lol.

I hate to say this but I think that was the bikes fault imo.  This was on facebook a short while ago.

2 wheels vs 4 wheels is no contest.  A bike is no place for an ego, anger or a pissing contest.  You will never win against a car.  The disadvantages of a bike massively outweigh the advantages, the only reason people do it is because it's such flipping fun (IMO).

Regardless of the who's to blame bit what astonishes me is the car driver takes an age to exit the car and then his first priority is the front of his car!  :eek

We're only getting part of the scenario. The car might have been an absolute dick to the bike earlier. Also, why was the car travelling so slowly in  the outside lane?

The biker was stupid, true, but the car driver was a nasty c*nt. Looks at his car first before going to the biker? I'd punch his f*cking lights out for that alone!!

I think there may have been more to it before the clip.

Point is more that many riders believe that they can take a car on and the car will bottle out.  Just a reminder that there are nasty bastids driving cars.

Regardless of what happened to provoke the biker into retaliation mode, doing so with your own body in front of a car moving at speed is just stupid.

Riding a bike on the road is about survival, not winning.

It wasn't was it? It was catching the truck up on the inside lane.

No idea what went on to provoke this but the biker was a tit brake testing the car. Especially when it looks like he didn't have a brake light on his bike. No number plate either. Anyone know where this was?

I'm guessing it's a Russian video as they seem to have cams by default. The lorries and other cars look similar to other Russian vids.

Why do you hate to say it?
The bikes blatantly at fault, brake checking at high speed is just retarded.
It doesn't matter what's happened before hand that we might not have seen.

I had a twat cut a lane on me earlier getting onto the M1, I took evasive action and ended up in a filtering position round a corner, couldn't brake cause it would have straightened me up and put me into him so I pulled it round the corner twatting his wing with my knee slider.

Despite this I carried on down the slip road whils in my mirror could see he's put his hazards on and stopped in the fast lane of the slip road, I'm not stopping to argue with a retard!
There's crazy people out there!

I hated to say it because blaming a motorcyclist on a motorbike forum is normally game for a flame ;-)

Sure as you all say more to the story but what a twat on the bike . As if the car would stop as quick . I always give the v and if i see them stopped in traffic later . Well then the fun begins , always remember my DT125 days many years back . Car stuck to my back wheel( inches) for 5 miles plus in the rain and dark coming home from work . Coming into town hit traffic, got off my bike smashed fuckers window , he wouldnt get out , so i leveled one side of his car with metal toe caps . Not my everyday reaction but always remember that one the most . Pure anger and fear really at the time . Bet fucker never rode as close again .

Had another look at the vid. The car driver in the comments claims he didn't accelerate. Using the guardrail (as he tells us to, we see he DOES). He is claiming total innocence, which I refuse to believe. He should have slowed down when the biker cut across if nowt else! Twat.

I wonder if something was wrong with the bike, I can't see why the biker should behave the way he did. If he was being a twat, surely he would either a) hold constant (slow) speed, or b) shoot off after the first wave down.

The driver is still a right c*nt.

simonm, some of those thing in the video made me cringe. Pure stupidity by some riders, some things to be expected (riding off road etc) and some feccin awful car driving too.

Keep finding the videos, we will keep watching them though :rollin
