problems
« on: 02 July 2013, 08:32:13 pm »
Having real problems with the site tonight. Everything really slow to respond, and every now and again am told the FOC-U page cannot be displayed. Is this my end, or anyone else experiencing the same?

Seems a bit slow on my end as well - haven't had anything fail just yet, but the night is young :P

Unfortunately different ISPs will perform differently in different parts of the country. I used Virgin for 5+ years back in Bristol (along with many of my friends) without any hiccups at all. Currently I'm using Sky (living in Chelmsford atm) and its a bit of a pain. IP changes regularly (which is annoying when you run a server), outages are reasonably common and lag / degraded performance is expected
