Reart Shock

Looking at sorting out the rear shock as it is a bit iffy when pushing  on in the twisties  :eek
Will just replacing the spring sort it out or should I look at a rebuild, but that does not include new spring.
Or am I better just biting the bullet and getting a Hagon or the likes.
I will be replacing the front springs to progressive ones to match rear

If it's bouncing you about round corners it not the spring that's the issue, its the built in compression and rebound damping, so- new shock time.
I've seen peeps on here diss the Hagons but I've always got on well with them, although I was always influenced by the 2 year unlimited mileage no quibble warranty as I average 50,000 a year!

All that being said I will be going for a nitron next, just because its known as being a bit better, and the additional ride height adjustment!

To Punkstig

Bloody hell

50,000 miles a year.................. That's twice the circumference of the planet!

Is there anywhere you haven't  been?

Despatch rider ( durty stinkin courier)

To be honest I haven't been to Scotland yet, if there was more work it would be the best job in the world, but mainly due to Internet and our ongoing economic problems (same day couriers aren't cheap!) it's a massively dying job, I only do it cause I love being on the bike,  definitely not for the money cause there ain't none!

50k per year is an average that 70/80% of despatchies on 500cc plus rack up. Not sure bout punkstig but i'm on 21 yrs so not countin personal mileage i'm comforably over a million miles. There are a lot more riders out there older than me that have been doin this double that and more. Foc knows what their total is.
