I'm on Google+ but I don't use it overly often. Mostly due to the slow uptake I think. Never the less, we may see a switch from Facebook to Google+ just as MySpace died out when Facebook was introduced :)

Yeah we can hope, facebook is over rated to me, who can do 600 friends at one time anyway  :lol
G+ is more interaction and finding things that interest you, not trying to find old girlfriends etc !

Fair enough - I use Facebook mostly as a form of communication to keep up to date with things going on with friends and family. I don't have a huge amount of "contacts" on Facebook and most (if not all) I know in person :)

Now that Facebook is full of adverts I think G+ will start to take off by peeps getting fed up with the onslaught

G+ is Google tho, remember, and they make their money from advertising - as soon as they've got a decent user base hooked in, the adverts will be there..

Ditch Internet Exporer and use Chrome with the downloadable extension "Adblock Plus";  I've not seen an online advert in years...plus it removes all of them from Youtube.

Haven't used explorer in christ knows how many years, Firefox for me on the laptop. (chrome on phone and tablet). Adblock available for Firefox as well, again I haven't seen any adverts.

That ain't the point tho - there might not be adverts streamed as part of G+ now, but they'll be coming, unless you get Adblock...

Tampermonkey and YouTube centre script are good too.
