anyone got Richa Bullet trousers?
« on: 27 February 2013, 01:46:42 pm »
Hi all, been looking at trousers recently and want something with pockets. my current ones have 1 pocket and its useless being up near the waistband as you cant put anything in it and sit on the bike without things digging in..

I spotted the Richa Bullet trousers and I think they would suit my needs but I cannot find any information on how long the zip that connects to the jacket is. Anyone got a set and willing to measure it for me?  :D
I have found they do a 6 inch zip and a 8 inch zip so just want to be sure they will fit my 3 jackets.

cheers.

My Richa jacket has 2 zips, a short one and a full waist one
Assuming that they will zip together ;) , the short zip is 7 and half inches long.
Hope this helps.

sounds like you have a more sporty jacket, possibly leather? 3 i have a textile ones, not that sporty and none have the whole way round zip like yours. I think it probably will zip to my jackets but I just want to be sure before I order it.

thanks though.

Yeah it is a leather/textile 3 in 1 jacket. I can't see how it wouldn't marry up to other items within the range though, it would be self defeating if they didn't.

I also had the same thought but looking at their range they have listed "long zip" and "short zip" i guess that could be just the back bit or all the way round description.

yeah that is what i was reffering too. the long zip is to make a 2 piece into a one piece for track days.
I reckon you'll be ok length wise, but its the pitch (like bolts and screws) of the zip that might not work if your jackets are a different manufacturer.
