Frame covers

I want to paint / powder coat my frame covers the same colour as the frame, can you use the bike with them off, I am at work and can't get to see the bike.
 
Are they just cosmetic.?

Yes you can use the bike with them off

Cheers, another little job to do then. Weight-saving  :lol   the rear hangers weigh about 2KG each aswell.
