so there i am following slow moving traffic approx 20 mph on a very rare nice dec morning and lo and behold the cage in front of me decides to empty all his screenwash bottle ,not on his windscreen but it all goes over his car roof straight into my face (cos silly me had visor up )
do these people deliberately aim the jets nowdays so its pointing over the cars roof then wait for motorbike to travel behind them ?cos this is the second time in as many weeks this has happened to me ,going to have to selotape visor down to stop temptation of riding slowly with it up

Some have the jets a bit high so they actually hit the screen at motorway speeds.

Not nice to get a face full though.

I usually pull up alongside these twats, give them a mean stare, and when pulling away make out I'm taking something out of my pockets and throwing it at their wind-screens. They don't like it...no siree.

I think it cleans my visor as well, a god send on those days when the road's drying out and the visor's going opaque due to road shite!

One of my mates did this many moons ago with his Metro, the twat soaked a guy on an Rd350, who punched the side window out of the car next time he passed, my mate shit himself and went into hiding for a few weeks and sorted his washers out.

A mate of mine used to carry a small tin of chain wax and give a short burst of it on the cars windscreen as he rode past.
First thing the cager does is use the washers/wipers. Have you seen what happens when chain lube mixes with water? Instant emulsion:lol

got caught twice by a bloke in a volvo in the same week, I don't know why he was washing his screen all the time as the weather was fine, It's times like that you wish you had an open face helmet, so you could gob on him as you passed.

Whilst vigorously washing my car a good few years ago, I broke off the cover over the rear washer. Now it ejects a straight jet of water agood 10 to 12 feet behind me. This has given me so much joy when someone tailgates me I've never bothered getting it fixed. I've also been known to soak the odd ........... and a few .......... not to mention the ........ having a ........ in their car who foolishly left their doors open. All by accident of course. Have never soaked a biker though

Maybe they haven't got a clue so prehaps just tapping on their window at the next stop and making them aware may help?

Throwing something back at them, especially chain wax is asking for them to rear end someone (possibly you! ).

I remember when I was in an accomodation block somewhere in Portsmouth the rooms on the 2 floors below me were empty and when opened at the correct tilt held water when it rained. I could collect a similar amount on my window so when closed sharply it would cascade down and hit a certain patch on the path below. the number of officers that got an extra soaking was brill!! Me Sir? No sir! I just closed my window because its raining!

Driving in freezing fog a few years back and my screenwash ran out. Pulled onto a garage forecourt got out and gave the screen a liberal spray of de-icer from the can in the boot. All good so far.

Then in a never ending display of human stupidity, I reached in through the open window and flicked the wipers on to clear the screen........................they did and swiftly dumped about a pint of muddy, salty, deicy slush all down the front of me troosas !!!

a lad I used to work with.he carried an oily rag in the front of his bike.
if he ever get cut up etc he just chuck the rag onto the car windscreen.
guaranteed that the moron will turn his wipers on......

Many years ago whilst following a car being driven quite erratically, the rear window opened and some pissed up student type leaned out and up chucked. This was then caught in the wind and a fine spray engulfed me followed by the diced carrots. I managed to pull over just in time to throw up myself. Pesky students.
