carb question

Hi
 Just removed carbs off Mrs 600 for cleaning as when bike is ticking over its not firing on number 3 cylinder guessing blocked pilot jet ( which there was )
My question is are there 3 jets inside float bowl or is one a blank ??
 with the carbs sat on bench on air box side down you have main jet in middle when removed can see needle
off to the right pilot jet  but above main jet theres another what i assumed was a jet but cant see any holes in it when removed which has stumped me 
 any ideas ???

yea there's three jets. if its got a screwdriver slot cut into it its a jet
