Been looking on the fz6-forum.com and bonemans site and im wanting the clutch slave lever mod does anyone know if anyone does it over here :D or if killernoodle is still doing them

An interesting mod, despite my best efforts I still occasionally have problems with the clutch being a bit "snatchy".

According to this thread I've just found, it seems the guy is doing them, although rather than take bits off your bike to send to him (and thus being without a bike) others have suggested buying new parts, shipping them to him for the mod, then he sends them back to you to fit.

He says:

This prevents stalling at lights, jerking between shifts, etc. It also makes your left hand happy from the reduced tension on the shifter lever. The bike generally becomes easier to ride, even easier to drag race.

as you can see from grahams post there is a new  black extended slave arm , also on the cable route bracket there is a new cable holder will put pics up when i can

So its a piece of tube added to the cables sleeve end bracket and the clutch operating arm lengthened.


If that is the case no problem, is the idea you would send me the parts to modify.
