So the bush should just slide into the headers, shouldn't be a tight fit as standard?
As b1k3rdude said grease the inside and outside of the internal bush with copper grease so it sticks on the spindle and it will slide into housing with no force required. It helps if you shine a torch into the exup port so you have a visual image of where you need to insert the spindle.

So exup valve and cables all fitted and adjusted I think correctly.

Can somebody confirm the 1.5mm free play in cables....

Is it towards and away from the pulley along the length of the the cable or up and down movement like you would measure chain slack/free play?

On ignition on pulley arms sit over rigging hole, on engine start pulley moves clockwise a bit and on revving it moves further clockwise.

Just gonna take it for a run and see how we go 🙂

So been out for a ride and wow what a difference an Exup makes!
It's like a new bike, so smooth and it really picks up nicely from low revs, no more flat spot from 3000rpm.

Thanks to everyone for there input, I'm now loving this bike 😁😁
