can any one tell me what the standard suspension dog bone length is and also the triangular parts dimension please

Tries to upload pictures but this site is playing silly bugger again and has stopped me posting any.
Couldn't measure the dog bones super accurately as they're still on the bike but they are roughly 10 inches long
