Embarrassing but seat help required

Hi, I have I mildly embarrassing question which possibly should be for a GP rather than an open forum

I've had many bikes over the years but my Gen 1 Fzs1000 is the only bike that seems to cut the blood flow off to my family jewels

Is this a problem with my seating position or is a Sargent seat in order?

Read a lot about people needing this without modified seats but not problems with the crown jewels.

Is your bike raised putting you in a more forward position ?
