Since having my Fazer re-sprayed the fuel gauge reads 1/2 but its is full. Any idea how to reset floats / gauge

Was the fuel tap/ gauge sender unit removed for the respray? It might not have been put back in properly.
Also check and clean the electrical connection, that might be causing a problem.

I think is was taken out to get the last of the fuel out.
Have joined the wires to the gauge and all works so must be the switch, will have to run the tank down and check
