Why not, considering someone else has stuck an early R1 engine into a motocrosser  :rollin Hope the gearing has been lowered...

That looks like it'll be a bit of a chuckle to ride.

...although like I said to a colleague the other day when he expressed an interest in buying a trike: It's got none of the advantages of a car with none of the advantages of a bike. If that makes any sense at all?!
