Are you forecasting that these plonkers will be in those spaces on New Years Eve, and if so what we gonna do?

It would be nice to park a ring of bikes around them buuuuuuuuuuuut as mentioned - they are French, so wouldn't want any of my bikes catching rust

This used to happen years ago when I used to commute into London. Fortunately we had an endless supply of sticky labels in the office, and I found one stuck to the middle of the windscreen with some suitable 'advice' written on it acted as a deterrent
