R1 headlights on a fazer

Guys, i own a very unloved fazer 600 1999, my headlight fairing is shot to pieces and replacements appear to be very expensive, then i would need to upgrade my bulbs, my question is would a headlight off of a 2007,08,09 etc R1/R6 fit and able to be wired up or am I barking up the wrong tree, I wouldnt want the fairing lowers on, just the headlight, any advice greatly recieved, thanks

Anything possible but you'd either need the skill set to do it yourself or deep pockets to pay someone else!

It's possible to swap to the foxeye fairing and lights with a search on here!

Just stick some HIDs in and wire both on at the same time and you will be sorted

With HIDS you wont need them both on.
