Thanks for the offer but I will decline, this is just for a bit of fun. I have no interest in spending time and money getting a car roadworthy only to trash it and probably scrap it after my trip. I spend enough time and money on my Impreza as it is lol.

At present we are looking to fall back on my car or my mates 911.. Maybe not a bad idea as we know they are mechanically sound

Shame the Robins are so expensive

hey mids.....thats a kitten,a four wheeled robin..........nice thought though,a trip to germany has to be something truly british,whats the chances of finding two kittens....

I know it's a kitten  Paul.  I was saying shame Robins are so expensive because the 3 wheeler would be more fun

Look for an Austin maxi 1750.  It'll easily get you there in comfort and with the double bed feature save you on hotel bills

Pretty sure the mongol rally was always a limit of £500.  Seems it's all change this year though and 125cc bikes can enter

Cheers for suggestion. are they not all rotten by now? lol. Already paid for camping so sleeping in it will not be needed.
Nothing quite tops a Jag for the pose factor and having a V8 in my book

And the Mongol rally we have discussed doing before. Might get round to it one year.
