From the 5th July my official title will be Lord Kosmic of Thorndon.

We exchanged contracts today and will be completing and moving to Suffolk on the 4th July.

I will no longer be a Lo-Fo I'll be a Su-Fo.

looks like a nice residence. will you be removing that climber from the rear elevation as matter of urgency?
