I'm all for an eye for an eye and all that, but a show of numbers will only get these wee fuckers all the more motivated to take it to the next stage.....more of them and more intimidation when all you foccers leave and estestest is on his own to face them.

My heart goes out to esetest and crh, it really does. This kind of stress takes a toll psychologically and then physically. It needs to stop for both of you either by using the police or by someone moving away. What a bunch of scum you've had to put up with. Jeez, I thought I'd had it bad with a noisy, obnoxious neighbour living above me...

CRH - Got some advice from my sister regarding your son , its very unlikely they will charge your son but may try to caution him if they do , don't accept the caution it will still affect your sons work prospects , they will either then drop it or charge him , insist on a crown court rather than a magistrates court because no jury will convict a have a go hero . all the best Paul .
Regarding my own situation we have been trying to get out for last couple of weeks  by doing an exchange but because of the mob outside , the people that have wanted to swap have been put off , we are also looking at the housing associations , and we may have to rent privately but private rents are usually short term and expensive so we would have to downsize and my daughters would have to share a bedroom , I am going to see if I can get a mortgage but due to my age and being self employed that could be an issue .
Foccers are welcome to meet her for a rideout , and people can pitch there tents in the back garden , but I wouldn't to drag anyone else into this mess but thanks for the offers of help .
