rough finnish

 I have just sprayed the rear hangers and frame protectors black, although I primed them and it was all smooth prior to spraying, it has come out a bit rough,  do you think t cut would smooth it out,  it still looks ok . any help please.

Use very fine wet and dry at first, see if that improves the finish.
