Happy New Year (almost)
« on: 30 December 2011, 05:41:40 pm »
I've owned this FZS600 since August and been very pleased with it. My last Yamaha (a divvy 6) was written off by a skip lorry.
I've only replaced the tyres and chain & sprockets since I've had it but last week the speedo stopped working. I was going to ask for some technical advice but have since had the front wheel out and noticed that the sensor is broken.
Any ideas on what a replacement will cost me? My local dealer doesn't open their spares desk until Tuesday.

Happy new year and welcome!

The replacement isn't much - about £20.

Cheers Farjo & Tori!

Farjo - you're right. The whole unit including wiring is 95+VAT, but the bit I need (ordered through Keep Biking of Brackley) is just over 20 quid.
