Anyone tried these?
« on: 11 March 2014, 09:34:38 am »
After my ovine interaction last year which smashed my right peg hanger, I had to buy a replacement which I could only find in silver. Thought about powder coating it back to black, but also thought about rearsets as I'm a shallow bugger and always after an excuse to buy bling for my steed. I've bought quite a bit of Chinese copy parts, and not had any bad ones 'yet'.
Anyone tried these?

DanMoto me thinks...

A good price but the shift arm is on the outside of the frame with those rearsets, I don't like that.

Did you get any dyno info from the reflash? I'm just curious as I don't want to ruin the tune that I've currently got with a revvy race type tune.

I went for the 'canned flashed' based on my mods.
A guy that I got the recommendation from (FZ1, same mods as me) posted this graph showing 147hp at the wheel, Im experiencing similar power based on my 'arse dyno'  :)

Hell fire Matt, that's impressive stuff. How much did it cost?

And Paul, I was thinking about another get together for us north west contingency, if I'm off work, I'll be there!

About £300 but worth every penny.
The best 'bang for buck' mod I've done so far, its a day and night difference in power.
Lifts the first 3 gear power restrictions, revs faster, pulls harder, goes like a litre bike should do now.

I'm tempted! £300 sounds good to me.
