Sywell Aero Expo
« on: 16 May 2014, 09:18:40 pm »
Who here likes aeroplanes?

Aero Expo is at Sywell aerodrome, from the 30th of May to the 1st of June. It's a huge aviation show for General Aviation, and promises to be a good show!

I will be there, manning the e-Go stand. The e-Go is the prototype plane built and being develloped by the company I work for. It's the first 100% British aircraft in a long, long time, and it's hoped will lead a renaissance of technological prowess we have a reputation for. It'll also be on flying display at 1pm every day of the show!

Anyone interested in coming? Tickets are £10 for one day (other rates available) through the website:
http://www.aeroexpo.co.uk/tickets/

I assume they will also be available (but dearer) at the gate.

Let me know if you're interested, and hopefully see you there!

I'd love to go and if by some miracle I actually make it, I'll drop by your stand. :-)

Slightly off topic but I'm not starting another aviation thread… this looks unmissable.

BTW: If a chap called Sean turns up in a LongEZ and tells you your plane's too foccin' expensive, tell him James in CCA says "Hi". :lol

I reckon we've got a couple of people really interested. But it is a bit of a luxury item, even though running costs are peanuts by comparison.

Last day tomorrow! Anyone able to make it?
